Terms of Service

Deimos Comics (“Deimos Comics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Dimitrios Daskaleas, sole proprietor, with sole point of contact:

This is the only email address through which Deimos Comics conducts official correspondence. We do not maintain a postal address, phone line, or other contact channel.

By visiting, browsing, signing up, purchasing, downloading content, or submitting material to deimoscomics.gr (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a purchase, or submit calendar material. Some content on the Site (including but not limited to the Deimos Girls calendar pages) is intended for adult audiences.

The Site provides:

• Free browsing of the catalog, covers, descriptions, and news posts.
• Purchasable bundles giving access to read those issues online.
• The “Deimos Girls” pin-up calendar archive.
• A contact form for inquiries and calendar submissions.

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewals.

Some features require an account. You may create one using an email magic-link sign-in (and, where offered, Google or Facebook OAuth). You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You may not share your account or transfer purchases to other people.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent paywalls, distribute purchased material, or behave abusively in any communication with us.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card data. Once a purchase completes, the associated content unlocks on your account for online reading.

Because all purchases grant immediate digital access to the content, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only in the rare case of a confirmed technical failure preventing access, and only when requested via info@deimoscomics.gr within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are returned through the original Stripe transaction; no other refund channels are offered.

Purchasing a bundle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the included issues online for your private use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the files;
• Upload purchased material to any other site, torrent, or sharing platform;
• Strip metadata, watermarks, or attempt to remove technical access controls;
• Use the material commercially in any form.

All artwork, story, characters, names, and franchises (including Kingdom of Light and Theoktonia) remain the exclusive property of Dimitrios Daskaleas / Deimos Comics. All rights reserved.

The Deimos Girls calendar accepts submissions from individuals who wish to be featured as muses. The submission process is conducted exclusively via info@deimoscomics.gr.

By submitting any image, photograph, video, or other material (“Submission”) for inclusion in the Deimos Girls calendar, you agree to the following terms:

1. No compensation. Submissions are voluntary and unpaid. Deimos Comics does not pay submitters, royalties, residuals, or any other consideration for any Submission, whether or not it is published, and whether or not it generates revenue.
2. Full rights transferred. Upon submission, you irrevocably assign and transfer to Dimitrios Daskaleas / Deimos Comics the entire copyright and all related rights worldwide in the Submission, including the right to reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, sublicense, sell, and otherwise commercially exploit the Submission in any medium now known or later developed, in perpetuity.
3. Your warranties. You represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole author and owner of the Submission, (b) you are at least 18 years of age, (c) every identifiable person depicted in the Submission is at least 18 years of age and has given you their written, informed consent to be photographed/depicted and to have their likeness commercially used by Deimos Comics on the foregoing terms, and (d) the Submission does not infringe any third-party rights and contains no unlawful content.
4. Release. You release Dimitrios Daskaleas / Deimos Comics from any and all claims arising from use of the Submission, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity. You undertake to defend and indemnify Deimos Comics against any third-party claim arising from a breach of your warranties.
5. No obligation to publish. Deimos Comics is under no obligation to use or publish any Submission, and may at any time remove, edit, or decline to publish a Submission without notice or explanation.
6. Identification. You may request to be credited under a chosen name or pseudonym; Deimos Comics will make a reasonable effort to honor that preference but is not obligated to.

If you do not agree to all of the above, do not submit any material.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to access systems or data that are not made available to you;
• Interfere with the security of the Site or other users;
• Use automated scrapers or bots that incur disproportionate load;
• Impersonate any person or entity.

The Site, its design, code, fonts, the “Deimos Comics”, “Kingdom of Light” and “Theoktonia” marks, the calligraphic logos, and all comic content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use these marks except as expressly described in these Terms.

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law, Deimos Comics is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum aggregate liability to you under these Terms is capped at the total amount you have paid Deimos Comics in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All notices, questions, complaints, and submissions must be sent to info@deimoscomics.gr. This is our sole official communication channel.
